Stir Fry!

Welcome, hopefully this is the beginning of some amazing CSA inspired meal posts!

Tonight I made a stir fry with fresh shiitake mushrooms, broccoli, cauliflower, celery, baby bok choy and carrots served over red quinoa with a rosemary garlic sauce (the sauce was a pre-made sauce).

Here's everything all prepped in the pan.

And here is the final product plated up!

I almost never measure anything when cooking, I just go by my eye so I can't really tell you the amounts of anything, there's really no wrong way to make a stir fry!

  2. What else did you eat with that, or was that the whole meal? You know I'm basically wondering where the bread is. ;) We have red quinoa in our grains mix that we buy, but I've never made it on it's own. And I thought you didn't like rosemary? The sauce sounds delicious! I want to see a full day of meals and snacks!

    1. That was the whole meal with fresh strawberries from our CSA for dessert for the berry lovers (not I). I'm not a huge rosemary fan but this sauce was really tasty.

  3. That looks delicious! I've never made red quinoa but it's perfectly beautiful! I'm going to find it, next time, in lieu of the brown.
