Welcome, hopefully this is the beginning of some amazing CSA inspired meal posts!
Tonight I made a stir fry with fresh shiitake mushrooms, broccoli, cauliflower, celery, baby bok choy and carrots served over red quinoa with a rosemary garlic sauce (the sauce was a pre-made sauce).
Here's everything all prepped in the pan.
And here is the final product plated up!
I almost never measure anything when cooking, I just go by my eye so I can't really tell you the amounts of anything, there's really no wrong way to make a stir fry!
I want to eat at your house every day.
ReplyDeleteWhat else did you eat with that, or was that the whole meal? You know I'm basically wondering where the bread is. ;) We have red quinoa in our grains mix that we buy, but I've never made it on it's own. And I thought you didn't like rosemary? The sauce sounds delicious! I want to see a full day of meals and snacks!
ReplyDeleteThat was the whole meal with fresh strawberries from our CSA for dessert for the berry lovers (not I). I'm not a huge rosemary fan but this sauce was really tasty.
Deletecan I come for dinner? ;)
DeleteThat looks delicious! I've never made red quinoa but it's perfectly beautiful! I'm going to find it, next time, in lieu of the brown.
