Vinaigrette recipe:
olive oil
dijon mustard
balsamic vinegar
shake it/whisk it together and top your favorite greens or salad!
Arugula Pesto recipe:
1/4 cup walnuts
3 cloves of garlic
1 bunch of arugula (about 2 cups chopped)
1/2 cup olive oil
1/3 cup parmesan cheese (I tend go heavier on the parm)
